I booked a car and provided all documents requested, deposited by debit card, prove address and during license. The booking was any time cancellation but there were two companies the first company refund after booking was cancelled but Enjoytravel hold payment and denied to refund, my reference booking 11920476. I am waiting to hear from this company.
