The company are a band of complete liars! Insurance was taken out at time of booking online, absolutely no mention of having to use a credit card at time of pick up to cover £1,500 of excess. This was hidden at the bottom of the small print! I was not informed of any of this when I booked it. Had to pay £110 insurance at desk to get the hire car. This car was supposed to be a ‘Captur’ it was a Fiat 500x . I will never ever use this company again and will tell everyone I know in the business not to use. I will also consult my own solicitor for legal advice , as I will pursue this matter further.
