Absolutely disgusting treatment from these thieves. As others have said, they have not made it at all clear that a credit card is required upon arrival. It actually says a debit card is valid so long as supplier insurance was purchased. I DID purchase this insurance, yet had to pay £539 PER BOOKING to pick up the car. This is more than the actual rental would have costed. Zero empathy from customer service. Absolute joke of a company. Stay far away
