Unfortunately, we got there at the green motion to pick up the car, which we did not have a physical driver's lic card with us, this is a long story as it was one nightmare after another, after paying £60 in a taxi to collect my husbands license we then had to produce a credit card although this was paid upfront, which is fine ,the one credit card we had Amex they did not accept!!! We were home for my mother's 80th birthday who passed away in April, this was an emotional time, which we could have done without any hassle. In small print I believe it said the above licence and credit card .So after a long day we called and of course, they closed at 6 pm, we had to hire a car in my name for a day until they opened the next morning to find out our options for car booking, which they said they could re-book ,however we would not get our money back and we would need to repay for new booking. A total disgrace, I've never experienced anything like this -Enjoy Travel unfortunately I would not recommend this company and very disappointed, you cannot even get this company on the phone A very unhappy, dissatisfied customer
