We never received our vehicle when arriving at Heraklion airport as the mini bus to greet was not there to take us to the rental company.Despite chatting online to Enjoy Travel to resolve the matter this was a waste of time and we ended hiring with another company with no issues.Lost a deposit as a result.Terrible service
