Website allowed us to take unlimited km and excess waiver on insurance booking deposit paid and booking voucher said we would pay R13652.18 (€677.10) we were told we had to take another excess waiver insurance and that we would get our security deposit back of R5000.00 We were invoiced for R21302.54 (€1058.10) We were the told after returning the vehicle with no accident, re fueled and cleaned the deposit re payment takes 30 days. Emailed x5 times, phoned x3 still no deposit. Terrible Service from Enjoy Travel who did not understand the double insurance is a very serious cost when you pay for ZERO liability its called over charging. Do not trust Enjoy Travel.
