Booked a car with this company from Heathrow, in conjunction with Green Motion Car Rental, and just to get to the car pickup point from our arrival terminal was a nightmare that I wasn't expecting. First, catch a train to Terminal 2 to catch a bus to the Holiday Inn pickup point, but as our flight arrived late we missed the departure time for the bus that we should have been able to catch if the flight was on time. However, the buses only run every hour so as we had only missed it by 10-15 minutes, we had an uncomfortable 45 minute wait in a cold, windy carpark with no seating. When we finally reached the Holiday Inn office of Green Motion, we found one customer service person on duty. There were only three customers including me, but the contract formality process took over twenty minutes each time. By the time I had finished the ordeal we were now nearly two hours later than I had envisaged. And it didn't end there. We then had to cart all our luggage around to the other side of the hotel, in the open, to actually collect the car! Once at this point, I was told I had to sign a replacement set of documents because the car that was listed under the first contract wasn't available so another one had been assigned to me, so they can't even communicate with each other from opposite sides of the hotel! On top of all that, you can't use a debit Credit Card to pay for the rental or for the 'excess hold' when you are picking up the car, even though I'd used the same card for the initial booking deposit online.
There must be better companies around Heathrow.
