I had a terrible experience with EnjoyTravel. They advertised a low price for a rental car, which looked like a good deal. I paid the full amount upfront, but when I went to pick up the car, they suddenly demanded a £2,500 deposit – something that was never made clear during the booking process. It was only mentioned in small print after booking. When I refused to pay such an unreasonable deposit and asked to cancel, they refused to give me a refund. So I ended up paying for a service I never received. This company is clearly making money by luring people in with low prices and then adding hidden fees and refusing refunds. Very poor customer service, no transparency, and zero accountability. I highly recommend booking directly with a well-known rental company instead of using EnjoyTravel. This was a complete scam.
