Ordered Petcurean Turkey and duck, didn't receive delivery, emailed them, reply was was on backorder with manufacturer but expected in 2 weeks. I had also contacted manufacturer, they replied same day item was discontinued. Contacted Entirely Pets and was told charge on my credit card was a temporary post and actual charge doesn't post until item is delivered. Order was canceled. Received my credit card statement and charge was on it. Called and rep said what I was previously told was incorrect and credit will be processed. Unfortunately once a charge is on credit card they want it paid, credit will occur on next statement, assuming it is issued by Entirely Pets.
