Shipping after placing order was terrible. No options to expedite the order even after asking sales representative to assist with this. Poor communication. No options for next day or 2nd day shipping. Item arrived several days after estimated date was given. Overall the product is fine, but if you find yourself needing it quickly, look at other options. We missed getting the junction box in the concrete because it didn’t show up when it was supposed to despite our attempts to get it here quicker.
