So it appears recently Eon has decided not to remind customer their FIT reading is required. therefor you miss the data and have to wait another 3 months before you get paid. they additionally decided not to inform customers this was happening. I raised this today, it was escalated to some who looked after complaints, but the outcome was, although I may agree with you and I will feedback to my manager, we have to consider the matter closed because the complaint is about policy not process and they are not allowed to report issues on company policy. Eon is riding roughshod over customers on something so simple, it was just an email.
