Shipping was quick, communication was amazing! Only issue I had was with the wig itself. The fibers tangle very easily and that made it tricky to style. The wefts and cap are a very dark purple color and they show through the hair at least a little no matter how you part it. The bangs and skin top are super far up on the cap which makes the hairline and bangs unrealistic looking and the fit is odd, as the bangs are essentially placed on top of your head instead of over your forehead. Cap is a little snug. This is unfortunate as I wanted to love this. The customer service, price, and color of the wig are incredible. I did get one that was heavily discounted so maybe it was made a little off and the the others aren’t like the one I received, I’m not sure.
