I had an overall great experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, so I did not open the package and they were able to accept a return and sent me a code for store credit, which I used to purchase the color I wanted. The wig is nice and soft, very full and thick, and fits comfortably. I'm quite happy with it. I have styled many costume wigs and this is a very nice mid-to-upper-range quality for synthetic wigs. The only issue I had was that after I sent in my return, I did not hear from them, and when I emailed to ask if they had received it, they said they could not find it and asked for my tracking information, which I had and sent to them. Once they had that they were able to process my return. Not a big deal overall but it did cause a slight time crunch for me, and I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't had the tracking number for my return.
