Quality cosplay wigs, the customer service is great. My last wig I had contacted them about a shipping delay, they got back to me fast and even offered a similar replacement wig at no cost as mine was on surprise backorder. I luckily could wait for the back order to replenish several days later, but the offer was nice. Once the backorder was replenished the shipping was very fast, even arrived before the expected arrival date.
