Shipping was very fast. I like the wig cap and the pom pom hair ties. I reached out about the wig I received because it looked damaged at the top. I was told there's a heat process added to the wig because some customers like to style the wig a certain way. The tag said "modified" but the website did not mention this particular wig was modified. I will be returning the wig.
