I always answer the what cosplay is this for and when are you planning on wearing it question when buying a wig but never actually thought any one actually read it. It was just kind of fun for me I guess. But with this last wig, I originally wanted a different one. I got an email saying it was backordered and wouldn't make it in time for the convention I wanted it for and even offered a suggestion for an alternative. I didn't end up picking the suggested one but honestly, the fact that a real person read this and made the effort to reach out and help me out means SO MUCH. I didn't really have a reason I kept shopping epic over arda before other than that's what I started doing but this definitely will keep me shopping with your company and I plan on sharing this story with others as well.
