not horrible but too plastic-y for my liking. wigs are also lacking in volume. they get tangled super easily just unfolding the weft package is borderline impossible even if you’re super gentle and careful and using products if necessary. ordered it because i like the price and i had heard some good reviews. unfortunately not a great first impression from my experience
