I've had mostly great experiences with Epic Cosplay Wigs and it used to be my go-to, but I recently had an experience with a wig being extremely inaccurately described. I had never had to return a wig here before, and was disappointed to find that because it is the color that was wrong I was only eligible for store credit and had to pay to ship the return myself. I hope that Epic Cosplay works to make sure the wigs are actually the color described online so that I can feel comfortable buying from you again and don't have to worry that I might get stuck choosing between a wig that isn't the same color as the characters hair or having to push back cosplay plans because my wig budget is stuck as store credit at a store that doesn't actually have the wig I need.
