The wigs are as high quality as always and the customer service is even better! Epic Cosplay took the initiative to reach out to me when the wigs I bought were backordered to make sure I would recive them in time for my event. Since I needed them sooner than the refill date, they were happy to seamlessly switch color shades, even offering similar options in the inital email, for me so I could get them in time. 10/10!
