I had some issues with when my package arrived with where it had arrived but it WASN'T epic cosplays fault, but miscommunication from both the courier and my countr's national postal service. ECW was very patient and gave clear information regarding my package, one of the wigs I bought would take a while to be in stock again and I'd like to say that they, in particular Yena, who informed me and let me decide if I wanted to have my stuff delivered all at once or wait until it came back in stock. Everything arrived intact and together, once it was shipped it was very fast delivery. One critique, while it's not an issue now that I have a ring of color samples, I would love to have more pictures of the colors ECW has in different lighting than just under ring light, it would make a huge difference!
