I was really really impressed with the service. Kerry was exceptional, such attention to detail and an impressive knowledge and expertise. What I particularly liked was how the company sees themselves as part of a wider team - farrier, vet etc - to ensure optimum performance for both horse and rider. Really delighted with my saddle, my young horse has never been very careful but the saddle seems to have given him real freedom of movement and he's pinging now!
