I Ordered a therapy tec combo fleece on the 20 January 2021 and on the 11 February I had to ask for my money back as it had was never dispatched. Correspondence from the company was shockingly poor . And when I asked for my money back I did not even get a apology. I will never use this store online again . On the 11 feb I ordered a similar rug from Harry hall , no postage to pay , free gift and here within 24 hour . I know who’s getting my money in future.
