I ordered a roof tube from Equip Logistics and at the point of ordering I was told 2 working days for delivery. I placed the order on a Sunday evening but by the following Friday nothing had arrived. I contacted by phone and it appears there was some kind of mix up with the carriers. The problem was resolved and the tube arrived 9am on the Monday. I wasnt desperate for the tube so wasnt a major problem. We all have hiccups in our working life, I was impressed and happy at how quickly this one was resolved.
