Delivery was very fast and efficient. However item (Fizan Compact 4 Trekking Poles) arrived with very minimal instructions and one was already scratched. Had I not been familiar with walking poles I would have had problems adjusting them to suit me. They also did not have the Fizan logo on the straps as shown on the website. i was initially concerned that they might not be genuine.
