UPDATE : It doesn't work. It's been the second time I've been told that I'm on the white list. However, I still can't withdraw, because on the application always asks me to do an identity verification. ——— It's official, 8 months they haven't done anything with my problem. Impossible to recover my 500€. I have made multiple conversations, tickets, reviews on trustpilot, etc. Nothing can be done, they continually close my tickets without resolving the problem. The worst part is that they continually ask me to repeat what is wrong. I am French, since 10/20/2023, it is impossible for me to exchange, withdraw, convert my €5000, no matter how. They don't give me any solution, it's horrible. Update 5/11/2024 I finally got my money out after a year, Fosterboon.org did a miracle and got me money within a few hours.
