My money was stuck for 19 days before I saw a review about how FOSTERBOON.ORG help someone. Customer support gives bot-like answers every 4 days. I asked them to trace my funds and at least let me know where is it but they refuse to do it. If you decide to use EquitiesReserves get ready for 0 help and insanely long waiting times to get your money. It's a shame that allegedly this is one of the largest crypto exchange. 4-7 days for a single response that has 0 useful Information is just hilarious. Very unprofessional, they don't care about your money. Avoid if possible. Have gotten out my money tho, with the help of FOSTERBOON.ORG, but I wish I can still give them 0 star.
