Absolutely shocking. Didn't get my email address right and I was not informed via email nor verbally that if their engineer set foot on my premises that I would be charged almost £200 . Engineer was not wearing a face mask and was on my premises for 5 minutes and I asked him to leave and was still charged £198.00.
Only received the email with the terms and conditions 2 days after the engineer was here. Completely shocked at the daylight robbery
