Quoted £125+Vat plus any parts that are required. seemed fair enough to install a socket in the loft. I asked on the call if the job would be any more than that and was told that parts would be minimal and so should be no more than what I was quoted. The electrician arrived on time looked at the job and said it would be 3 hours works plus parts making a simple socket now £375 plus VAT and parts. Job was declined, the day after £150 was taken from my account. Customer service were very abrasive just saying read the T&Cs and denied any miss-selling. To save any issues like this use someone else
