I booked an appt with ERG as my boiler was losing pressure. engineer said it was due to a leak from my towel rail heating , said he woulf fix it next day...no engineer, then messaged to say he promised to come first thing next day... no engineer! Customer services said service was done so would need to book another appt or get engineer to do it privately as they believed the job was closed! So now ive had no service to boiler,still got a leak and paid £174
They said i would need to pay for the repair to the leak! I said it should be part of the service they said no! Disgusting company.
