Charged me £150 for a 3 min visit. They did not send me the T&C's (had wrong email address) and when I called them to rectify this and tell them I had not seen the T&C's, they told me they had the right email address, essentially calling me a liar (they had previously told me they had the wrong one). No follow up quote (as promised) or solution to the problem they said they could fix when they booked the appointment. Call centre totally disconnected from operations. DO NOT USE.
