Sadly this Company have turned out to be a fraudulent organisation. I am too reporting them to Trading Standards. I called the company last week and thought it was odd that they asked me for my bank details? I was told NO monies would go out of my account until any work was completed. The Company sent a representative to unblock a soil pipe. Sadly the job wasn't something they could do. Today over a week later I discover that they have taken £234.00 out of my bank, which I certainly consider fraud. I urge everyone do not give bank details to this company. I have contacted ERG and have given them the chance to return the money. I will endeavour to close this company down to prevent others from being victims of fraud.
