I URGE YOU NOT TO READ THE REVIEWS BY ANONYMOUS THESE REVIEWS ARE PUT ON TO LOWER THE BAD REVIEWS. This company are fraudsters. They are charging bank accounts without customers permission. Please do not give your bank details when you initally contact them. The company charge any amount of money they feel like without doing any work. I was charged £200 plus vat for a engineer to look at a pipe and then disappear. I am currenly seeking help from Trading Standards and the police in Essex. If I could just sday please ring a local company or a trusted recommended company.
