Please don’t blame the plumbers. All plumbers are just sub-contracted by ERG for individual jobs and are not ERG employees. We are only paid a fraction of the charges that ERG make to their customers. I still haven’t been paid for my last job for them (now 50 days ago) and my previous job took over 60 days for me to get paid (their terms are that I will be paid within 30 days). I’ve tried to make a formal complaint but they don’t seem to have a formal complaints procedure. Please forget ERG, save their massive mark-ups and go direct to a reputable local plumber instead.
