The staff were very friendly on booking. But be very very careful before undertaking any transactions with this company. The instant the engineer steps over your threshold, you will be charged 1 whole hour @ a massive £125 + VAT. So wish I had read reviews beforehand.
Engineer turned up well over one hour later than his given eta. Apparently his 'job' was to confirm the reason I had made the booking in the first place.
Not really prepared to do the job needed.
Money hungry company. Worst business it has been my misfortune to deal with in my life.
