I telephoned this company in the morning and was told in writing the electrician would be with me before 1500 that afternoon Tuesday September 14 2021.
1500 came and went, 1600 came and went with no sign of the electrician. Taking into account I had paid upfront in the morning this was very poor service. At 1630 an electrician arrived, there was no courteous good afternoon, I'm sorry to be so late. Instead I was faced with an angry young man who clearly did not want to be at my house doing a repair. He was very rough with my thermostat boxes at one point bashing the box closed with his fist on the floor, all it needed was to be closed gently. His attitude to me was so appalling I asked him if someone treated his mother in this way would he think it was acceptable. That was met with further glowering looks but no verbal response. At this point I felt very intimidated and fearful in my own home particularly as I am incapacitated at this time. When he said the work was complete I asked him to hand the boxes he had worked on to me to check they were done properly and showing the correct readings. As I was the customer paying a very expensive amount of money it was totally acceptable to check the boxes before he left the premises. I had the feeling this job may have been given to this person at the last minute and he was not pleased. There was no hesitation in letting me know he was not pleased to be undertaking this repair. I would never use this company again and would not be able to recommend them to other people. I wish I had read the reviews before making the appointment.
