Very disappointed with your service £150.00 rip-off, called British gas, came out seen f16 fault straight away replaced PCB , and replaced dial button that your engineer broke, as a priority vulnerable person it was fixed within 10 minutes, so why didn't your engineer do the same ? I will be leaving this as a review

Thanks for your email below and really sorry you feel unsatisfied with the outcome of your bill query. ERG as a business does not charge
a call out fee which is engineer’s travelling time. What we charge is diagnostic or actual labour after engineer has attended. We guarantee our
work for a month so if you have any issues we can re attend for free provided it relates to the first issue. Any secondary issues will be chargeable.
With regards to the charge for engineer’s first visit really sorry this will stand as engineer has attended and carried out diagnostic labour with the agreed rate
of £125.00 + vat= £150.00 applied.
My name is..........if you care to read my signature, I was told there was no call-out charge if failed to find a fault, as it was as soon as the engineer left the property the fault had reappeared, also after I noticed that the turn dial had been snapped of its place and put back to appear ok it is now rendered useless in adjustment for the temperature this needs to be rectify as I need to change settings regularly because my mother has advanced dementia and wouldn't realise if it scolded her . I await your response.
