I asked for a radiator to be re attached to a wall. A job that would probably take around 30 minutes. In the end the plumber only capped the pipes and bled existing radiators. He spent some time outside my house talking to his boss. He eventually came back after around 10 minutes and the company then charged me for 2 hours work. Over £300 to cap 2 pipes and the original job was to re attach the radiator which was not done. He messed about to the point where it would eat into a second hour. In my opinion it’s a complete scam. Do NOT use this company. Initial response was supposedly 4 hours, eventually turned up after 8 hours. Totally unsatisfactory and far too expensive. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.
