Called them on electric emergency. Burnt out fusebox at a elderly couples house. Box was live. No power so no heating no hot water or lights. Phoned again and again, One chap turned up looked said cant do any thing went away. The emergency was to get the power back on.
never came back. I made sure they didn't rob £165. What a way to treat elderly people. disgusting
