Scam company ! Came Saturday morning for LARGE call out fee. Told me it needs a part and then haven't heard from them since. Keep calling them and being told the engineer hasn't done his report yet. In the meantime we have no heating or hot water and have a disabled child at home. Disgusting service. AVOID
