No email with breakdown of costs then added vat on everything charged 165 for a piece of kit that was 65 in the screwfix catalogue. Appalling customer service. Took money from my card within 20 minutes of job being finished yet could not and still have not provided me with a written invoice or electricity safety certificate. Had to agree to job as otherwise would have had no electricity. Shambles absolutle shambolic way to run a business.
