Absolute joke I rang because our boiler wasn't working properly no hot water was quoted £170 for call out which would only be taken after the boiler was fixed engineer showed up was at our house 5 min max told us diverter valve was jammed and he would have the part Tuesday baring in mind this was friday. By Thursday I had heard nothing but they had taken £210 from my account so I called to find out what was going on to be told someone will call me back that afternoon. Its now Saturday I've heard nothing every time I call i get told we will call you back and I have now been without hot water for 10 days. Right now I'm so mad I want a refund
