I should not even do a one star . I have asked a quote to move cold and hot water supply about a meter to less than a meter from the original spot. They quoted for £135 + Vat and said this would be an hour’s job. Their plumber came and said he would need three hours to do the job and the quote was wrong. He said he can come back on that day as it was specific that I needed that job doing that day . He never came back and three days later company leaving a voicemail there was a new quote . Still charge £162. no job done just had a look for less than 10 minutes . It is intentional that they will quote for lower price and will not do the job and. re quote you for higher and charge you still without doing anything and you are helpless because the higher quote is ridiculously over inflated . I had that same job done for £156 vat inclusive . They should be reported for scamming people.
