I asked for 3 wasp nest to be removed two stopped activity same day one continues 9 days later. Took my money soon enough but when i contacted them regarding the active wasp nest i was told wait 10 to 15 days then call back for return visit for which i would have to pay £ 110 + vat. The job was not completed and the company was not prepared to sort this out. I will now get a local company to do the job correctly who have no connection with this company. Wasp nest die same day in my experience when done right. Thats 35 years of site service experience talking. I advise others not to use this company
