Booked & arrived same day. Fixed job booked to do (drainage pipe leak under shower unit) but caused damage to shower unit in flat, part of shower unit support missing, crack now in shower base, didn't re-silicone shower base to shower door structure (now causing leak(s) in my flat when none previously). Cost £200-300 up front to landlord & for work. Plumber stood on items (who'd stand on a hoover box/set of loo rolls???) in adjacent cupboard & they sent same guy back (almost a week later) & he blamed me, stating I said he'd fixed issue he'd been sent to do (which was the leak in the under shower pipe to property below. So fixed theirs, left damage in mine). Then he did a runner from job when I stood up to him. Company same when I spoke with them, really dismissive. Wanted paid for any extra work from landlord & stated I couldn't complain because I wasn't the customer, my landlord was (Now having to replace new hoover as it started overheating & handle broke off it yesterday). Use this "shower" of crooks (Google their name & BBC Watchdog for special on the company & corrupt CEO) at your own risk. How they're still allowed to function is beyond me. Deliberate botched jobs, false advertising, & doesn't employ anyone (nor do any checks on the workmen's qualifications & background) - just Google workmen & charges double/treble for something you could book yourself. Beware "False Profits". God may help those who help themselves (like these crooks), but I don't think "job creation" was the intention there! Abandon all hope ye who enter here... You will get billed for more than you bargained for (& then some)...
