Would give them ZERO stars if it was possible. Erg facilities are fraudulent, thieving scumbags. Don't even bother contacting them ! We had a leaking seal (pan connector seal) at the back of our toilet & needed it fixing / replacing. The "plumber" they sent knocked on our door, looked at the job (took a picture of the leaking seal) & then told me (his words) " I can't fix it, because I might break the toilet, by moving it to fix the seal. It's been cemented in". Left ... leaving us with a still leaking toilet. We had a different company in to look at it a few days later & the guy told me that the story about "probably breaking the toilet, by moving it" was total & utter b"llshit. He showed me how he just put his knife into the silicon seal (cement ???!!! hmmm !) holding the pan to the wooden floor & was able to move the toilet pan by simply undoing the screws that held it down. Days later , ERG thieves stole £186 from my bank account ... for spending a few minutes doing absolutely NOTHING ! These fraudsters ask for your bank / card details before they even attend the job. BIG mistake on my part, I know, giving them the details , BUT it still doesn't excuse their immoral & disgusting tactics. NO chargeable "LABOR" done, no job done & gone in a few minutes .... cost £186. I have to wait 15 days, apparently, before my bank can enter the matter into "disputes procedure", which obviously I WILL fight tooth & nail , to get my STOLEN , hard earned money back. No doubt, though, these rats will have some kind of "small print" as a loop-hole with which to obtain money via false pretences. Do NOT even bother contacting them, unless you want to be fleeced, completely. I'm on minimum wage & they have, effectively STOLEN almost 4 days of my wages, for doing absolutely NOTHING. Avoid these thieving, ratbag charlatans at all costs. This "company" needs to shut down ASAP.
