I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED ERG to anyone. I called ERG for a wasp issue. I was told it will cost me £125. If another nest is found, that'd cost me an additional £45. To that i agreed. The guy turned up to pump powder in the roof. Then came down, looked at another part by out guttering and a wasp telling us theres another nest. Apart from one wasp no other wasps were there but then its his word against mine. I didn't ask him to treat the other area, but he went ahead. I was INVOICED £204.00!! I put in a complaint that i did not ask their guy to treat an additional nest (which there wasn't) plus, was never told of the 20% VAT on top of that! Total rip off and scammed by them. The wasp issue hasn't changed, and won't follow up but my Complaint was dismissed as you paid for what you got. The initial customer service i had when booking and with their rep who turned up was exceptional. I was really looking forward to give a fantastic review on trust pilot and my social media blog. But the service thereafter has been nothing less than a nightmare. I FEEL SCAMMED AND ROBBED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
