Charged £162 callout, desperate so I agreed to it, job was all done fine.
But I was charged over £50 for a cheap replacement ERA cylinder, when even I can buy this for less than £10, felt cheated (must be the most common lock repair, so not exactly an uncommon part)
If I had been there was a 15 minute job, not there = £212
Oh, And 20% VAT on everything
