ERG doesn’t pay engineers. Owed invoices from January/ February. Have chased several times with Christine in accounts and several others, only to get fobbed off with lies. Monday 15/05/23 WILL be filing in court along with all evidence to support my claim, which I have in abundance including written confirmation from ERG stating they owe the money. I’ll also be making sure a CCJ is applied if not paid in full and instructing debt collection to visit site for removal of goods, to cover money owed to me as well as all court fees and expenses. Luckily for me my sister is a solicitor and will be dealing with this for me, this is about principles and not allowing this to happen. ERG know what they are doing and judging by the comments I am not alone. Thankfully the law is something they can’t manipulate. Spoke with ERG today again and have advised them if not paid in full by this Friday, first thing Monday I will be filing a claim. ERG my company is MRD Locks, I would like paying for the work done in good faith, you have my account details. If outstanding invoices are paid I will remove this review. If not I’ll be copy and pasting this to every single review site. I’ll also contact Google AdWords, Google Business listings and the advertising standards agency to make them aware of the unethical business practices that are clearly rife in ERG.
