Absolutely furious. Drove all the way from London for one of their gas engineers. Have been waiting since 2pm for their engineer to arrive. He was meant to come between 2-6pm. At 6pm I called only to be told he'll come at 8pm. Great! They could not even be bothered to let me know and are happy to make me wait well beyond the agreed time slot. It was only when I called at 6pm to find out what's going on did they even bother to let me know of him being delayed. Cancelled my booking and never plan to use this company ever again. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy to be messed around and kept waiting forever.
