Absolutely terrible company! Very dishonest, and unreliable. We booked an engineer to install a new shower for 12/6/23. Told them before hand that we will need a pull cord unit installing with the new shower unit. The lady on customer service said it usually comes with the shower, if not they will let the engineer know, and he will provide one and install it .We would pay for any additional appliance. When the engineer came, he told us he didn't know anything about it. I rang ERG customer helpline, they admitted it was their mistake and this plumber is unable to do the work properly. And I can book for an electrician to come and it will be another £135 . We already paid upfront for work they were supposed to do, but didn't. This is a very dishonest company. They are scammers They're very quick to take your money. They're crooks. I should have read all the reviews before I picked them. Anyway, lesson learned WARNING ⚠️... DON'T PICK THIS COMPANY
